Terrorism. Unregulated Militia Included as Terrorist Organization. Militia Bears.

A well-regulated militia as the constitutional justification for keeping and bearing arms, see second amendment at http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/second_amendment, * any militia which is not well-regulated such that state and federal agencies can determine membership, possession of what arms, purpose of the organization,  and who the bears are, shall be presumed, subject to rebuttal, to be a terrorist organization.

The terrorist organization designation may be rebutted by such equitable and other evidence support the intent of the second amendment.  What is that intent?  Linguistics and politics make a sandwich that may or may not be consumable by consumers, whose interest in public safety and free assembly shall prevail.

Unregulated militia as terrorist.  Accordingly, an unregulated militia that restrains from providing the verifiable and binding information as to regulation in the interest of public safety and free assembly, free of threat, shall be deemed to be terrorist.

*  Amendment II. A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
